Helping immigrants

Moving up

The National Partnership for New Americans (NPNA) announced that Nicole Melaku will serve as its Executive Director. “I am honored to be selected as the incoming Executive Director by the Board of Directors and am deeply thankful for the dedication and leadership of NPNA’s founding Director, Joshua Hoyt, whose dedication and vision has made NPNA the impactful organization that it is today,” said Melaku, former Executive Director of Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC).

She continues, “I look forward to working alongside our Board of Directors, each of our member organizations, and our partners as we continue to fight for the full economic, social, and civic integration of New Americans in our country.” NPNA is a national multiethnic, multiracial partnership network for the country’s 37 largest immigrant and refugee rights organizations. NPNA’s members are on the frontlines in immigrant communities fighting to Keep Families Together and providing trusted, community-based immigration legal services.
